It's important you're entirely satisfied with your purchase, and we're here to assist. We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about your purchase.
Returns
KAT Europe Ltd will accept returns - for a full credit or if you wish to exchange - items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a full credit or exchange, please contact us within 30 days from the receipt of original order. The items must be returned with all the product branding tags still attached and must be in their original packaging.
The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Making your Return
Please contact us via email at sales@ollyskins.com to confirm your return. From experience we have found it easier if we offer you a returns label, and a £6 fee will be deducted from your credit. The return will then need taking to the courier collection point - for example EVRI.
Alternatively, you can return the parcel using your own courier service.
For both options, you will need to print a label for the return and please ensure you receive a receipt from the courier for the parcel, should it go missing in transit.
Please include a note within the packaging to confirm your name and/or Order Reference.

Replacement Product
If you are returning for another size, you will need to reorder the correct item on the website.
Defective or Broken Product
If a product is defective please refer to our Warranty Policy in the footer of this website.
Refunds
Once we receive your returns, we will submit it for inspection to our Returns Department. When your return is approved, we will then issue a refund to your account using the same payment method as the original purchase.
