It's important your entirely satisfied with your purchase, and we're here to assist. We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about your purchase.
Returns
KAT Europe Ltd will accept returns - for credit or exchange - items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, please contact us within 30 days from the receipt of original order. The items must be returned with all the product branding tags still attached and must be in their original packaging.
The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Making your Return
Please contact us via email at sales@ollyskins.com to confirm your return and we will issue you a return reference. Please include a note with this reference when you package your Return.
Single Boxes
Your own Courier: You can return the parcel using your own courier to us at the address below, or:
Use our EVRI service: Use the reference number issued and this link: HERE along with your post code. Simply follow the instructions to download your return label. A £6.00 fee will be deducted from your credit for this service.
Multiple Boxes

Replacement Product
If you are returning for another size, you will need to reorder the correct item on the website.
Defective or Broken Product
If a product is defective please refer to our Warranty Policy in the footer of this website.
Refunds
Once we receive your returns, we will notify you submit it for inspection to our Quality Control department. When your return is approved, we will then issue a refund to your account using the same payment method as the original purchase.
