PVC fabrics are used in our Wader and Workwear garments and are available in a range of Weights, PVC Thicknesses, Colour and Handle (Softness). PVC is durable for Angling and Industrial Waders, with increased thickness providing more puncture resistance.
PVC Coated Fabrics
XT350
PVC Coated Polyester Fabric, 350gms
XT350 is a PVC Coated Polyester 350g/m² and is a lightweight, yet tough, waterproof fabric. Extremely comfortable, silent to wear, tear resistant and well priced, we use it for standard waterproof trousers, jackets and overalls. Available in a choice of colours including Hi-Vizibility yellow. This fabric is treated with plasticizers to ensure it remains supple throughout the product’s life.
XT400DS
Double Sided PVC Coated Polyester Fabric, 400gms
XT400DS is a PVC coated fabric on a polyester backing. The difference with this fabric is that it is coated BOTH sides resulting in a fabric that is highly resistant to water penetration. Soft and supple with a rubber feel surface, we use it primarily for aprons.
XT550DS
Double Sided PVC Coated Polyester Fabric, 550gms
XT550DS is a PVC coated fabric on a polyester backing. This fabric is sometimes known as ‘curtain sider’ fabric as used for tarpaulins or
lorry sides. Both sides of the polyester backing is coated in PVC to provide a strong and very waterproof fabric. We use in to manufacturer the Ollyskins Match Fishing Buckets.
XT550HV Hi-Viz
Hi-Viz PVC Coated Polyester Fabric, 550gms
XT550HV Hi-Viz is a PVC Coated Polyester fabric on a polyester backing that is certified to EN ISO 20471 for Hi-Vizibility Clothing it is used to produce the Ollyskins Hi-Viz Orange Smock and Bib Trouser. This fabric is treated with plasticizers to ensure it remains supple throughout the product’s life.
XT650
PVC Coated Polyester Fabric, 650 gms
XT650 fabric is used on some of the Ollyskins/WASH-d Aprons and offers a thick layer of PVC on a very strong polyester backing. A great all-round fabric with a soft touch finish.
XT700
PVC Coated Polyester Fabric, 700gms
XT700 is our long standing PVC Coated Polyester used in several Wader models including 2788 and 2755 Camo. This waterproof fabric is extremely flexible and durable for improved comfort and longevity. From a previous weight of just under 700g/m² and now just over 700gms, this fabric is a great all-rounder.
XT1100
PVC Coated Polyester Fabric, 1100gms
XT1100 PVC Coated Polyester fabric is a flagship fabric from Ollyskins offering superb durability. Weighing in just under 1100g/m², we use it in Wader models such as 2880 where additional durability is required for River Workers where waders can typically become easily damaged.

E-VIZ PVC Coated Polyester Fabric, 1100 gms
XT1100FL is a PVC Coated Polyester fabric in bright orange or yellow colour. This waterproof fabric is our toughest PVC fabric and weighs in just under 1100g/m² and we use it in some of our Chest Waders. NOT EN ISO 20471 approved.
XT1100HV Hi-Viz
EN ISO 20471 PVC Coated Polyester, 1100gms
XT1100HV Hi-Viz is a PVC Coated Polyester fabric offering additional protection in low temperature and aggressive work environments. Available in Hi-Viz Orange or Hi-Viz Yellow, this waterproof fabric is extremely flexible and strong for improved comfort and lifetime. Weighing in just under 1100g/m² this fabric is EN ISO 20471 approved.

Trilaminate Butyl Stretch E-VIZ Fabric, 520gms
The Ollyskins TR520FL Trilaminate fabric is a specially constructed 3 layer fabric with a Butyl Rubber inner and bright Orange or Yellow outer. Used in Ollyskins professional Waders this fabric is familiar to most as a Drysuit fabric. Seams are bonded and taped using the Ollyskins SeamDRY™ technology.
TR595C
Cordura® Trilaminate Butyl Fabric, 595gms
The Ollyskins TR595C Cordura® Trilaminate Butyl fabric is our most durable Trilaminate fabric, featuring a Cordura® outer layer for optimum wear resistance. Used as standard in the lower sections of the Ollyskins Trilaminate Professional Waders and familiar to most as a Drysuit fabric Seams are bonded and taped using the Ollyskins SeamDRY™ technology.
