Note: The easiest way to calculate Shipping Costs is to add your items to the basket and go to the Cart page, entering your address. If you have any questions, you can contact us via the Live Chat.
- Orders are processed within 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday).
- An email will be sent when your order is dispatched along with a download link for your invoice.
- We ship with either DHL, TNT, ParcelForce and Royal Mail to the UK, Europe, USA and any other global location.

Stock Availability
As a general rule, if you can order the item on our website, the item is in stock for immediate dispatch.
Neoprene and Butyl Waders can be 7-10 days as we make these in the UK and offer a diverse range of sizes.
European Shipments

VAT and Duty Costs
VAT for EU countries is collected on ALL orders and the goods are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) which means that the parcel should flow effortless through Customs.
Please be aware that you may receive email notifications and it is very important that you respond to these quickly with any information that the parcel courier service is asking for.

USA, Canada, AU and other Countries

VAT and Duty Costs
VAT for countries outside of the UK and Europe is not collected by us when you order your goods.
We send the parcels DAP (Delivered at Place) which means that duty costs and any local taxation may be applied via your Customs department. Remember - if you are VAT registered, any taxes are generally reclaimable, but Duty and any Fees will not be.

UPS typically charge the equivalent of approx. £16 GBP for fees plus any duty costs.
BULK Shipping to Global Destinations
This service is especially useful for any Dealers buying in bulk and reselling Ollyskins products.
For Bulk Shipping to Global Destinations we can offer shipping with:
- Air Freight
- Sea Shipping
Usually this is to the port or airport where your Broker will take over the shipment.

Information about Custom Fees for your Order
The following are correct at time of writing but a quick Google search will confirm it for your country.
USA: Orders above US$800 are subject to import tax. For further details, please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department.
Australia: Orders above AUS$1000 are subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel, so please check with the Department of Home Affairs for more information
New Zealand: Orders above NZD$60 are subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel.
Refusing to Pay Customs
If you decide to not pay the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to KAT Europe Ltd, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
If you are still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order. The jurisdictions are outside the control or influence of KAT Europe Ltd, and relate to the tax regimes of the recipient countries.
